didn't i tell you then that hardship makes for the best memories!!!
and nothing is more difficult to sit through than a backyard production of animal farm the musical
when you know you'll have to walk home in the pitch dark douwnpour
:-)
saltspring is a good memory
and of course what doesn't kill us makes us stronger
(except for wasting diseases like aids, in which case the thing that doesn't kill you will just make you waeker and weaker until something else does the job)
but i don't know and am not really willing to risk the odds that it won't kill us
anyways, i leave my phone at home one day while i'm at school, and i come home to six messages
one of which took a good part of its halfhour ramble to berate me for not having my phone on me!
LoL
i've never used up so many of my minutes listening to someone who wasn't there! :-)
anyways, i'm not really sure what ronnie's idea was
everything else about the messages was crystal clear
but i'm sure we'll werk it out
oooo and i think i've found a supervisor for my honours!
colette coligan
she's the new victorianist we hired last year, i get along with her super well which is good
i'll be her first honours project, and she seems to want to be really involved in it
which will be good for me i think, but she is away to london for the summer
so we will be doing the research semester over email, and ICQ.
ahhhhh the world is a grand place
ooo my gran has just delivered me a bit of mail here
a lovely little envelope with a bird on the front, but no stamps
(you'll have to explain to me how you made the evil mail-man-people deliver the letter without stamps)
heeheehee hurrah for emily strange! these totally rawk the kassba!
